That's crazy! I think there are some questionable interpretations in the way it "3Difies" Zelda, but technologically it's pretty astounding.

Why does the emulator add an additional background that isn't part of the original games that are being emulated?

Those new/additional backgrounds suck, and they are very distracting, and they make the games look much worse than they did in their original presentations in the 1980's.

Can those backgrounds be 100% turned off?

This emulator doesn't seem like a viable product to me. It might be interesting as a novelty for about 5 minutes, but that's about it.

Do they intend on selling this for money?
