Just somebody trolling.

Make sure you have scripts enabled.
If you use script blockers or adblockers disable them.
Make sure you don't block cookies (and maybe accept 3rd party cookies for that short time).
Try it with another browser in its default state (for example Firefox or one of the Chromium Engine Browsers like Edge, Opera or Vivaldi).

Most of the time its because your browser does block stuff that is needed.
While it sounds similar to problems with cookies.

Just making a joke about GOG issues with refunds and support lately. I swear, the crowd here has all the sense of fun of a school trip to a funeral parlor.
