Is the cursor not moving?

Is there no cursor at all?

Dual screen (or more) -- if using dual screen, you need to use the game in Windowed Mode. It can't handle dual.

More edit:

Some are having luck with removing DX11 support by deleting these files in the install directory:
VideoDX11-x32.dll and VideoDX11-x64.dll (and some more edit: I wouldn't delete them, just move them)

Make sure the game is rendered in DX11 instead of DX9 (apparently sometimes the game reverts to that). Double check that in Options -> Video. It's also always best to post in the dedicated game-specific forum:-
