I bought a game on here and of course my bank denied it. I just got done talking to them and verified the purchase... Does that mean the game should be added to my account from the original purchase i did, or will i have to buy it again after talking to my bank?

If your bank denied the transaction, then it means that your purchase failed and you'll need to do it again. Just to make sure though, go here:
https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders and check if the purchase you made is listed anywhere.
