Warning :The article might be clickbait[1st link] as it contradicts itself with the last link[aka the list of Arkham games and the project Insurgency which is the code name for Gotham Knights] but it could be possible that Arkham Insurgency is a independent game/project as it features Dick and Batman as playable characters+ the Batmobile returning unlike in Gotham Knights, which as we know so far features a roaster of four characters ,is online has different means of transportation such as a bike[Batgirl],bike[Red Hood],Tele transportation[Tim D],Nightwing[ something,dosn't appear in the trailer].
It also features new villains Maxie Zeus and Killer Moth, improved one on one combat, legit boss fights access to buildings a new area of Gotham and so on as well as saying that the Superman project got approved by WB but again,this could all be clickbait as it contradict itself with the leaks and the Superman game was supposedly denied by WB along with the Damian project Link,[Superman] https://comicyears.com/pop-culture/rocksteady-and-their-canceled-superman-game-that-was-rejected-by-wb-games/, [AKS]https://gaminglyfe.com/a-cancelled-arkham-knight-sequel-has-been-leaked/.
But who knows if we do get and AK sequel or a Superman game from Rocksteady along with SS I'll grab it for sure, what are your thoughts about this you guys, it is weird as hell.

There have never really been a good game with Superman (arguable the best one was Superman: Shadow of Apokolips, but even that is a bit mehh), nor do I think there really ever will be one. The problem is that Superman as a character is just to over-powered to work as a playabel character. To have fun you need to nerf him, and then it is no longer superman. Characters like Batman and Spiderman works, as they have clear limitations and parameters that you need to work within, as well as local and meaningful settings.

Didn't they say that Arkham Knight was gonna be the definite last game from the Arkham series? I remember them being pretty adamant about that.
