Hi i have witcher 3 installed but i wish to move it to my SSD. I also have some mods installed with vortex. What is the best way to do this without having to unistall and redownload the game? Can i simply copy the whole witcher 3 folder and just cut and paste it on the SSD drive? not sure about this. thanks

copy and sym link the folder from its previous location.

I mean, the thread didn't have an answer in it. If Michael0825 was searching for "how to move games from drive to drive", he would have found this thread, but presumably would only have been searching if he didn't know. Which makes the provision of some kind of an answer surprising.

Will we ever find out? Probably in a couple of years when it gets necroed again...

I thought it would be obvious that it is some kind of bot, just adding generic copy&paste replies to different discussions. (And why do they do that? I presume in order to get replies and hence increase the reputation, which in turn will grant them the ability to at least post links, and possibly buy gift code games?)
