It's Tyrael, specifically from Diablo 2.

As for the widescreen D2, there's widescreen hack called "D2MultiRes", but it's not safe for multiplayer on Bnet. Otherwise you can force your display drivers to maintain aspect ratio, most LCD have this feature too, but that will result into picture with black borders on the sides (still better than stretched picture).
