I bought 2 mystery games and they are just that, when looking at orders it shows 2 mysteries and when sorting by purchase date my last 2 purchases (2 Star Trek games) are there which I bought when on promo the other week.

I like to toy with the idea that, in the spirit of Secret Satan (no sic) 2015, if people were "forced" to play the games they get: would this encourage them not to blindly buy games they may not enjoy, or already own on other platforms? 'Cause frankly, I think it's a stupid idea to make any purchase, even if only a minor one, if you don't know exactly what you'll be getting. But to each their own, I suppose.

I'm getting the same thing. Weird.

Be warned, if you buy the Mystery Game as a gift, there is no guarantee that you won't get a game you already own. This has been standard practice in GOG sales for a while now. Basically the computer picks the game at time of purchase, and when you buy a gift code, it assumes that anything goes.

Of those listed I am interested only in 1 quite a lot, 1 very mildly and the rest I either own or don't feel like getting so I think my chances of getting worthwhile game are really slim so I think I'll pass this time.

Tried a second time, as of the games listed I didn't have Breach & Clear.
Got SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition instead, that I already have.

So it kind of works (it worked with my first two picks), but not really :-)
