I love fantasy RPG, but prefer female protagonist. If I enjoyed Tower of Time (where your character is really predefined), Divinity:OS 2 (playing as Lohse), Death's Gambit, character costumization, should I get it?

If you do buy don't import save from TW2. The game doesn't carry over data correctly.
Read the books first.
I'm reminded of this classic.

There is a mod that lets you play as Ciri and other female protagonists. But its rather cosmetic. You keep Geralt´s voice and animations.
I bought it, not because of mods, but because now I have all noteworthy rpg in my collection.
Infinity Collection, NWN2 series, Divinity: OS series, Shadowrun series, Pillars series, Skyrim, Drakensang series... if I forgot something, just remind me.
and of course witcher series.

I would get it. You actually do spend a considerable amount of time playing a female protagonist, but the majority is with Geralt. It's the best rpg I've ever played by a very large margin, and well worth some time.
Play the first game. That's a much better RPG IMO. The Witcher 3 is a great game but it feels a bit empty if you don't get through the first two games.
What a sexist attitude... :/
I don't mind playing characters of different gender in games. However, this kind of game might be of your liking or not (tastes are so personal that you can't compare to other games), but the Witcher 3 is one of the best RPGs of nowadays, so it's not a bad addition to your library. Enjoy it!

Buy! The Witcher 3 is an awesome game. Did you play The Witcher 1 or 2? Or read the books? Then you know what kind of world to expect. The world is gritty and medieval and, apart from the magic, quite realistic. I.e. sexist and racist and quite violent, since it's a time of war. That might disturb you. But the game is great and all these traits which some people take offense at are just part of a realisitcally portraied gritty world.

No. It might hurt your feelings.
