I am not quite sure what your issue is, but you can try to tell a lady from a ladyboy by looking at the size of the hands, broad shoulders and whether (s)he has a big Adam's apple.

Also a lower voice might be a good hint, and quite often ladyboys act and talk more raunchy than real ladies, showing their fake titties to everyone etc.

Be careful out there. Then again, who knows, it might be pleasant as well. Worse things could happen.

And don't forget their feet. They are also usually much bigger than normal. Btw nice hijacking.

Well, i dunno wat kind of advice u need but i dun mind helping if i'm able to. However, u wld need to @ least let us know in general wat kind of advice as BGR is too broad.
