After "one world, one price" is gone, it gets even more obscure.
Bought a game and liked it so I wanted to buy a copy (gift code) for a friend - Same country, same state, same city ... heck almost same room 5 days a week!
But instead of price X I would have to pay X + 1,4€, because "gift code could be redeemed anywhere is the world".
That's beyond ridiculous!
I could just copy the offline-installer, but that's not how my parents raised me ...
