Is the message about technical issues or "cannot verify" payment method issue?


If it's the latter, send a support ticket to GOG and maybe even include a screenshot and they will help resolve it. They did for me fairly fast give the delays due to Covid-19, 3 days I think. And the issue was from GOG's fraud prevention system which has tight restrictions, so a GOG support team member had to tweak the setting to loosen the resctrictions.

Either way I'd still send a support ticket to them to get the ball rolling. Once they reply, you can always email the same support Rep if the issue repeats itself for a faster response instead of submitting a new ticket.

P.S. If it really is the latter, try not to buy multiple games the same day and especially not multiple copies of the same titles. This may trigger the system again and force you to contact GOG again...
