I have 6.20 in my wallet. I want to buy a game, but I cannot use them anymore. If I click on "use wallet funds" the item doesn´t get cheaper. Does anyone else have this problem?

The wallet funds and your currency setting in the shop must be the same. Check that they are!

Yes, they are the same.

Strange... Tried it with different games now. My wallet funds are there but I cannot use them anymore.

What do you mean by "the item doesn´t get cheaper" ? Do you want to combine two different payment options?

Nevermind, after a lot of tries it finally recognized my wallet funds. :)

Occasionally another cause is that you;ve got a DLC for a game in your cart where you haven't bought the original game.
