Just bought the White March Part 2 on GOG but when i'm on the home screen and select pillars from my side bar it says

"GOG Galaxy cannot offer online functionalities at this time, because it is not connected to GOG.com"

when i click connect now brings me to the enter code page but i dont even have one to enter. My only other option on the page is to hit cancel but that just brings me back to the game page and it tell me im offline again.

Any Help? Kinda annoyed i can't download a game i just payed for.

Can you get online with Galaxy at all, like view the store or just on that game. You could just download the standalone installer in your browser for now and import the game in Galaxy again later.

I just started Galaxy up and it connected without issue so it's not a wide spread issue or anything.

Try quitting and starting up GOG Galaxy again. Then open the game(s) you bought in the Library tab in the main window, click on any of the games, and click More -> Get Backup & Extras and download the backups from there; see if it works.

If it doesn't work this way for you; visit www.gog.com/account on your browser (after logging in), and download your games using your internet browser.
ya i've reinstalled and restarted multiple times. Cleaned my Registry/ Running it as administrator. Another thing i notice is in my library on GOG it tells i don't own (Pillars of Eternity:Royal Edition) even though i do and if i check my acccount add history i can see that it was indeed gifted to me.

even on the website it's telling me i'm missing the base version of the game. If i go to order history it's listed their along with the 2 expansions i've purchased.

That's strange. Did you try the website as has been said above? It should work.
it won't let me download the BASE GAME installer because even on the website it's telling me i dont own it. Only the expansions are showing. If i clock on my account name to see Order History, it does show that i added the game on Jun 25,2015

Did you buy this base game on GOG or on some cd-key store?
i bought it from g2a i think.

If the game was added from a gift key, do you know where the key came from? If it was off of some shady site, there's a good chance that GOG revoked it.

EDIT: Okay, if the key was from G2A then it was probably shady and got revoked. Don't buy GOG games from third-party sites.

they'd revoke it a year later?

Yeah, the person you bought it from canceled the payment. GOG games purchased off of somewhere other than GOG are not authorized and the majority of them are fraudulently obtained. So it's been removed from your account and you'll need to repurchase it legitimately.

In the future you shouldn't buy off of fraudulent websites like G2A/Kinguin/etc. They're cheaper because they don't get anything legitimately and you're gambling on whether or not it will work.

Possibly. Try contacting Support about it, and they should be able to tell you what happened.
this has never happened on steam. I'd understand but taking the game off a year later seems a little odd.

Steam can and does revoke shady keys as well.

So, let me get this straight: You buy a key from a shady unauthorized reseller, who bought it with a stolen credit card, the owner of which subsequently cancelled the payment, and this is somehow GOG's fault?
