I just formatted my pc, i'm reinstalling everything but i'm having problems with GOG Galaxy.

It says "vcruntime140.dll missing" that's Visual C++ right?
I installed the last one (2015) and it still doesn't work.

What else do i have to do?
Steam, battlenet, Origin were installed without any problem.

What OS?
Did you get the same error after installing Visual C++ or something different?

Install the other ones as well. The Visual C++ runtimes work independent of one another, so having the latest one doesn't mean you have all that you need. And there are also two versions, x86 and x64 ones, which are also different.
On the other hand, I did also reinstall my OS two days ago, going by Win7, full update, upgrade to Win10, and Galaxy installed and plays perfectly. So you may want to check Windows Update to see if there's anything missing.
