Anyone seen this?

I enter my (VISA) card details at the checkout - but the "Pay" button stays disabled.

Often on websites there's a "terms and conditions" box you have to tick - but I can't see one here.

EDIT: It was some complicated interaction between Witcher3 - "Expansion Pass" and something else. I don't understand what the difference between this and the 2 (non-free) extras is, and it's not made at all clear! Soon as I removed it, it was fine.

The Expansion Pass is just a way of getting Blood and Wine plus Hearts of Stone slightly cheaper. Originally, it was a way to purchase both expansions before they were available so that you'd have each of them as soon as they were released.

Just to follow up, it;s happened before and been discussed at some length. The button stays grayed out for a number of reasons.

Examples:

- You're trying to gift when you;re not allowed to. Answered here: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/articles/212159529-I-cannot-buy-a-game-as-a-gift-why-

- You're trying to buy a DLC for a game where you don;t have the base game for.

- Your credit card information is not valid and/ or correct.

- Venus is in retrograde.

- You haven't passed the captcha which sometimes appears.

- You're trying to buy a game that you already have in your library.

- Purchasing has been disabled for some reason in your account.

- You praised Steam at some time in the forums.

A couple of linked to threads discussing the issue:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/why_wont_gog_let_me_buy_anything_pay_button_unclickable

I make these suggestions and links just in case someone else comes across this thread via either a forum or google search.

Hope this helps
