So yeah, i got that mail and went to https://www.gog.com/account/cloud-saves/
First question: Where do i download my saves?
Answer on that page: "You can back up your cloud saves in GOG GALAXY"
But now i've got a problem: the Galaxy client does not run on linux. Hence i can't back up my cloud saves using it.
Also i've got a little question. How did you imagine us to "manage" our cloud saves? Delete a bunch of arbitrary named files based on what? Let's use your closest relative Cyberpong as example. Here's a small selection of my 3 pages of files:
ManualSave-108 2021-04-16 at 03:03 3 923 kB
ManualSave-113 2021-04-16 at 03:03 3 917 kB
ManualSave-116 2022-11-09 at 18:47 4 730 kB
ManualSave-117 2022-11-10 at 14:58 4 809 kB
ManualSave-118 2022-11-11 at 15:32 4 931 kB
AutoSave-0 2022-11-12 at 22:09 5 051 kB
QuickSave-7 2022-11-12 at 22:09 4 972 kB
QuickSave-6 2022-11-12 at 22:09 5 030 kB
QuickSave-5 2022-11-12 at 22:09 5 054 kB
AutoSave-17 2022-11-12 at 22:09 5 030 kB
So i got Manual-, Auto- and QuickSave files with numbers, a date and a size. Could you please tell me which of my files mark certain interesting situations or crossroads, so i can go ahead and delete the not so interesting ones? Thanks! /s
Please add a way to DOWNLOAD saves from the "Manage your cloud saves" page. Thank you.
