Tokyo Clanpool is a dungeon RPG – and it’s coming soon on GOG!

In near future Tokyo, the government has collapsed following the appearance of a mighty tower extending from the mysterious Reverse City in the sky and connecting with the National Diet Building. Monsters threaten the people of Japan, and it’s up to newly inaugurated Prime Minister Natsume Kannuki to lead her Diet Dolls into battle against them.

Wishlist it now!
high rated
Apparently this will be a Gog exclusive because Steam hates anime games that show a little bit of skin (this isn't a porn game - it's on the Nintendo Switch). So far no indications it will show up on Epic either - though I suspect there will a push to put it there now.

Hopefully it turns out to be a good dungeon crawler.
Im amazed anything coming out of Japan is not tentacle porn.

As I wrote that, I had in mind an octopus in a red robe. Smoking a clove cigarette with a ivory cig mouth attachment, saying the first sentence I wrote here.

The internet has a way of unsettling people. Japan owns a part of that....

xD
Nice dungeon crawler ^^
Wishlisted!
Next Dungeon Traveler 2 and 2.2 DRM free, please!

Originally it was also on PS Vita (Japan only) back in 2017. The final game Compile Heart made for that system.

Will double dip most likely (have the switch LE preordered).

EDIT: Oh and for those wondering, Coming Soon = December 19

YES! Another Gridder, I can't get enough of grid-based dungeon crawlers!
Cannot WAIT!
Girl hero grid-based dungeon crawler!!! I really want this a lot so even though I've moved all the coming soon stuff to just notify me when it comes out, this one is going to the wishlist directly.
"National Diet Building"? "Diet Dolls"? Is this some sort of weird translation error or is Japan even weirder than I realized (and that is saying something)?

(This is a rhetorical question. Don't bother explaining it, I don't really care. Just wanted to point out how weird it sounded.)
That graphic style is not for me so I pass.

btw.:Ghostwire:Tokyo next?

Well now, I guess I cared enough to click that link and find this important quote: "The word diet derives from Latin and was a common name for an assembly in medieval European polities". Which lead me to believe that it is in fact not Japanese weirdness I was complaining about, but English word usages and changes. But I checked one further and found this: "The term (also in the nutritional sense) might be derived from Medieval Latin dieta, meaning both "parliamentary assembly" and "daily food allowance"". So the weirdness isn't even from English (must be a first) but goes all the way back to the Latin.

On the other hand, even with "diet" referring to a government assembly, "Diet Dolls" still seems like a bit of Japanese weirdness. I can't imagine members of a government assembly being referred to as dolls in anything other than Japanese anime or anime adjacent. Unless "dolls" also has another meaning I have never heard of before.
Happy to see this here, GOG needs to take this sorts of opportunities when the other big store doesn't take them.

Shame you guys didn't take it with Devotion.

But great to see you guys took this one, maybe try to bring more from this publisher in the future? Would be nice.

I'm not actually sure whether I've...ever played a 'dungeon' game? Though I'm sure I have, might even be curious to try this out. Not sure why Steam would even bother removing this, seems like their 'its up to the person who it is placed in front of to decide if they will allow it on Steam on not' thing really is the case.

At least having it a semi-exclusive on GOG is a win!
