How do I contact support. Both website (logged in) and app direct to a page that only leads to a chatbot, no submission form of any kind. I don't expect a live phone number or anything, but isn't there some way to reach someone?

I searched this forum for every variant of "customer support" "contact support" "contact us" that I could think of and all came back blank.

that bot is all you get

I guess there's always a chargeback.

I see that in the past support has come from support@gogsupport.zendesk.com

I'll try messaging them there. Not sure if this option is now just hidden or actually gone.

This address is still in use and should work.

Since that's a great opportunity, I would like to thank support for their offerings of help and support received.

GOG support team is great.
Trying to reach them on the other hand is an awful experience.

The bot bot will get you to support eventually. I just submitted a ticket in regards to Thymesia.

Parlez-moi en. :-)

Lucky we, no? :-)

I don't see any such path. At least 30 attempts. I've tried everything from keywords that should trigger sending a message or starting a ticket, as well is circuitous routes like selecting some sort of issue (some relevant, and some not) and drilling down through all possible steps.

Answer the bot's questions. When it's answers are insufficient, tell it so. Then it will tell you it needs to collect information for the support ticket. It will ask for your email, a description of the problem, and a dxdiag report. Then it will enter a ticket. And you'll get an email.

Any honest attempt to help is appreciated, so thank you. I can't get it to restart and its stuck in a loop even when I visit again or try refreshing, so this won't help right now.

I'll just let them know how I feel by not purchasing here any more. It's the only language they'll understand. This much stonewalling is nearly always a sign of a company that will spiral downward instead of taking on the contacts in order to get better. If you can't handle the contacts, its because too many things are broken. You can either hide and refuse to take responsibility, ensuring nothing gets better (the chosen path of GOG), or open up channels of communication, listen, and fix the problems that generate the contacts (the path of well-run companies).
