It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

EDIT:
As of 2020-04-23, all problems solved:
- Captcha problem due to Firefox tracker protection set to highest level (thanks AstralWanderer);
- Payment problems due to the fraud prevention system (thanks Irrehaare [GOG support]).

Thanks to all who try to help

ORIGINAL POST:

Hello all,

I currently encounter several GOG website problems. One of them is I don't see captcha anymore, so I cannot even rise a ticket to the support center... Then I hope someone at GOG will see this post.

My others problems are:
-unable to refill my wallet (get an error page since 2 days)
-unable use redeem code (continue button load indefinitely)
-unable to write to support (can't see captcha then refuse to send message). Yes, I turn-off all ad/script blockers (will be the first question)

Not the first time I try to refill my wallet or to write to the support. It worked perfectly fine until yesterday. Was my first try with a redeem code, so I cannot tell you exactely what is wrong.

For the records, I was interested by Risen series and SOMA (-90%) reductions. Redeem code was for Darkest Dungeons.

Also I did a quick check on the forum, no one else have problems? Big thanks by advance for all the good helping souls passing by.

I had some problems making an order a gift recently. I was left with no alternative but to just proceed with the order normally and then use the contact support form from the order page to request that it be converted over to a gift code.
Which browser are you using? I had a similar issue with Firefox due to its tracker protection (a shield logo appearing next to the padlock on the address bar) and had to disable it (temporarily of course) in order to see the CAPTCHA - as well as (again temporarily) allowing the Google, Gstatic and Recaptcha domains on the NoScript/Privacy Badget/uBlock plugins.

For support issues, you don't need to bother with the CAPTCHA - just email support (at) gog (dot) com directly and you will receive an answer. See this thread for more info.

Thanks for your answers.

@AstralWanderer: Thanks for your suggestion. The captcha problem is effectively due to the tracker protection of Firefox. I forgot I set it to its highest level a few days ago as a test.
This seems to solve redeem and support problem. Not the wallet refill problem, sadly. But at least I can rise a ticket. I will also keep the direct adress you gave, just in case.

Still curious however to know if I'm the only one with waleet refill problem.

Never used wallet so can’t help there. I would suggest you always have at least 2 or 3 browsers handy though. I have Firefox, main browser, chrome for specific things, epic privacy for specific things, edge, as M$ reinstalls it every update even though it does not work. May possibly add brave or one other for testing purposes (pale moon perhaps).
Hello all,

Still the problem, and support delay is 4 weeks average from the bot message... I tested with another browser, Waterfox (use it only for work normally), without succes. Still have the "temporary problem" error screen. Let's see how much time gives in practice "4 weeks average".

Also discover Epic Privacy, will take a closer look. Thanks.

I have never heard of water fox. I advise you use one of the mainstream browsers - Firefox, chrome, edge.
If you still have issues then you will need to wait for support which will be very slow due to major world news at the moment. However it’s likely to be something simple. I would install Firefox, switch on the clear cookies and history on exit, not install third party add-ons, and then try. It’s likely either your cache is corrupt or your using a weird browser or you have some addon which is blocking things, or a combination thereof.
No captcha could be script blocker.
Unable to refil wallet could be anything from your bank refusing to accept it, through to browser issues.
Hello,

The captcha problem is solved thanks to AstralWanderer suggestion (Firefox tracker protection).

For the wallet problem, I also try to pay directly with the card, and the error screen stil said "temporary technical issues". So, I don't think the card is to blame. I hope they would have clearly indicated it. Moreover, it already worked at GOG and the card still works at others places.

Navigator, I'm not sure, but I don't think so. I made several try with Firefox without addons, same results. For info Waterfox is a fork of Firefox (like Palemoon). I use without addons, so it it doesn't work with it, its not due to addons.

But if I'm the only one who can't pay on GOG with a card, problem should come, well, from me in a way or another... Will wait for the support and do a few other tries.

Thanks for your help.
Wallet recharge works here, I just did it yesterday. Maybe a problem with your payment method?
Hello all,

I had an answer from the support today. The reason is simple, I was flagged by the fraud prevention system, all transaction was blocked...

Problem have been solved.

Thanks to all people who answer.
