My update has been stuck at 92% for several hours. I have plenty of hard drive space, and there are no Cyberpunk processes running in task manager. Any suggestions?

Are you using a desktop or a laptop? How fast is the drive? Is it mechanical? If yes, how many RPMs? How hot is it? Does it work correctly? When's the last time you defragmented it? Is it an SSD? How much RAM do you have? How much of that RAM is in use by other processes? How many of those processes are accessing the same drive? Was your CPU mass-produced for kitchen appliances?

I ended up having to uninstall the game from file explorer because the update wouldn't abort in GOG Galaxy (It hung on "Deleting..."). I reinstalled and version 1.05 was ready in about an hour. Obviously something was wrong on GOG's end.
