So I got Cyberpunk on GOG and asked for a refund, the game is missing a lot of content and feature besides it runs bad on my PC, yet 2 weeks have passed and they haven't send me a personal mail besides the typical automated response, I am really frustrated since it was my birthday gift and pre oredered it, now I want to buy other games on Steam's discount and I don't have any money but the one I spent on Cyberpunk, I understand that they are having problems with the current refunds, but its not the clients fault rather than the company's one.

How long has your refund taken?

I'm in the same situation. I submitted my request on 12/17 (3 weeks ago), and outside of the automated response asking about the GOG wallet option (which I declined), I have not received a reply back for my refund request either.

Can someone from GOG please reply to us on this forum? It is very misleading to outwardly preach how supportive your company is of refund requests (particularly with Cyberpunk), but be a company that is practically impossible to contact or have refunds resolved in a timely manner. This lack/delay in response comes off like a "bait and switch" if the promise of refunds is not occuring.
This is the 4th week of waiting for my refund. I advise anyone to avoid CDP, CDPR and GOG like the plague.
I want to commercially distance all of my money from them, for the time being.
Well if this helps have a look on this thread.
