Grimlock: That was my favorite one, also if you find every secret you have a little surprise/joke in the final boss battle.
I have to say that it's nice to find more fans of the game :)

ZFR: Yup, I got the final battle easter egg.

I had to get some help with some of the secrets, but found quite a few ones myself.
Did you find all the phone numbers? Some are on the intro cutscene billboards/signs and others are scattered in the game.

Not sure if I found all of them, but I tried some of the ones I found. I wish they had subtitles.

They subtitled the ENTIRE GAME...BUT.....the phone messages. :\
