Does it make anyone else nervous when you're looking at a massive sale and some items are highlighted with 'Owned' and others it would be perfectly happy to let you buy twice.

I always have to look at the library and verify GOG still realizes I own things like Fallout and Dungeon Keeper.
Nervous... kind of. Its weird to see so many titles which make me think "Oh, nice its on sale. Wanna play it some time" and then realizing I already have it.
Wasteland 2 will happily let you buy both the classic version and the deluxe version at the same time.
Nah.I actually feel the opposite. When i see the Fallout games avaiable for purchase,i get a warm feeling knowing that i have the old(Interplay) ones with all the goodies ;).Cheers

No, because I don't rely on GOG to tell me what games I own.
I own over 900 games here and don't remember buying half of them.

Some games were replaced with a different version, like Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics.

The old version is kept for those that bought it, but it is no longer available for sale.

The new version has a different product id or something. So if you have the old version, but not the new version, then what is displayed in this sale will not be marked as 'owned' for you.
...Dungeon Keeper has multiple "product ID" versions?

*shrug* I'm not sure about that one. I remember the freebie sale, some years ago, but I don't remember whether this one went away for awhile and then came back...different.

I know Fallout did, but I simply don't remember whether DK did.
All I know is there are several older games this comes up with and I start feeling like Smaug, nervous there's something I've forgotten that should be in my Hoard but is missing.
I own 241 games and 4 movies and i remember every last one of them... Even those i gave away. I am nervous only about the fact that big sales are on and good old packages with full collections of a company's games, are nowhere to be seen.
