Hey guys.
My game crashes on the Epilogue. According to Klein forums this error was addressed in a 2019 patch. According to the latest GOG patch note for this game latest patch is 2018, although I have automatic updates enabled and it says its been updated. I looked up how to update manually. I went to the Klein updater and it asked for my CD key to update the game so I looked it up on the website and copied it into the updater. The updater says the key is invalid. What do I do now?

This updater is not valid for GOG version, it was only used on Retail DVD-Rom versions.

Klei have abandoned GOG, since they stopped updating and don't even release the Hamlet DLC here.

A Shame.

So basically I bought a broken game?

Ask for a refund from support. Unfortunately there are one or two games on here that have been abandoned, or waiting for a long time for dlc or patches. Just one of those things.

I'm asking for some support on the Klei forums. Lets see what they say.
