Greetings, first of all I apologize for my English, it is not my mother tongue.

I requested a refund and received an email asking me if I would like to receive the GOG bond funds.

My question is, if I should respond in the ticket that I opened or in the mail directly.

Reply to both the email and the ticket....do both...and say that you want to continue with the ticket and that you do want a refund. Also say how you want the refund(I think it can be store credit or put back on your payment method).

to avoid creating duplicate tickets make sure to respond to the original one
