No, I mean it looks familiar, like it's from a game I've played before, but I can't figure out what it is. One of the old Zork games? or Similar Point-and-Click game?

Okay, one clue with the Picture, This game is available for Amiga, PC (Dos/Windows) and now iOS.
EDIT: I drew the bg in Illustrator, but ran out of time at work to finish it, so I drew the rest in pencil in like 10 seconds... lol. Because of that, I will tell you what each pencil drawing represents if you need.
