Ghorpm: Ski or Die

Even if it's not the game you thought about I'm glad you posted this drawing as it reminds me to play Ski or Die soon. I have totally forgotten this game! Thanks a lot then!
Yup, it is, and glad to have reminded you that you should go play it some. :)

I will always have a DOS based computer at home, it's a hard thought to ever say goodbye to DOS games.

Your go!

Reminded me of a game I used to play on my parents 486's called Ski free. After a while the Yeti would turn up and eat you. I spend a lot of time trying to out ski that Yeti!

I have that as part of Windows Entertainment Pack, though as a 16 bit game it's difficult to get it to work (I use DOSBox + Win3.1 or Virtual Machine with Windows XP).

And Ski or Die was fun too. My favourite must have been half-pipe. Still have it and since it's a DOS game, this one is easy to run.

I remember that game. I played it on my sister's computer.
Was there actually a way to out-ski the yeti, or was the yeti basically the [literal] kill screen?
Easy one again ;)

I've heard something about the original programmer making a 32 bit version, but I don't know what became of it. It might be something for GOG: Ski Free remastered!

Well I never succeeded. All I ever managed to do was delay the inevitable.

Well, actually it's Fallout 2 but you're right.

I don't remember playing that one, but I've spent only a handful of hours with Windows 3.1.

Allright, thanks for accepting it.

Will post something shortly.
