EDIT: I've managed to resolve this; it took some time for it to register on my account for some reason.

The third XP prize, the Dreamfall Chapters, isn't redeeming for me - it says there's a problem redeeming it, then to try again, but it hasn't resolved after a few minutes of trying. I've logged in and out too. Had no issue redeeming the other gifts, and am concerned I'll miss out on this. Any ideas on how I can resolve this? :(
