Hi, I've just bought 2 BG's and Neverwinter, and I am receiving E2 and E15 error during installing and uninstalling each game. I did what was suggested in the article on gog support, also I sent a ticket, but I thought that maybe someone could help me before I receive an answer. PC is quite old however it's been formatted recently so it should not have any viruses/problems etc.

Hello. You could give the games' offline installers a shot. You can find them in the game's extras (see image below for an example). You'll have to install them manually without Galaxy, though.

Having said that, if I understand correctly from the first image, you are using 32-bit Windows. This is a problem, as all 3 games require 64-bit Windows. If you can't run any of the three games for this reason, your options for Baldur's Gate 1+2 is to use the 32-bit versions (available as extras). Neverwinter Nights Enhanced doesn't have a 32-bit version, so you'll have to resort to playing the older Diamond version, instead (available as a separate entry in your account).

So I installed the game using offline 32bit installer. And it's working. However, after I exit the game, it tries to update to some newer version and after that I can't run the version I installed. Do I have to be completely offline to play?

The 32-bit versions are not supposed to be run through Galaxy as they are extras (as in, not officially supported). If, despite that, the game automatically adds them on Galaxy and tries to overwrite them with the 64-bit versions, you can prevent the game from auto-updating and thus messing your installation. See the images below to see how:
