No, but that's hardly a (technical) issue, PSX emulation is nearly-perfect. It's also not unprecedented: for example, on GOG we have the Raiden Legacy collection, there's a whole bunch of NEO GEO games on Humble, Steam has Sega's Mega Drive collection, Warner published the Mortal Kombat Arcade Collection as well as the Midway Arcade Treasures collections, and of course, Nintendo and Sony have been selling their old shit on their new consoles for as long as there's been Internet fast enough to deliver it - Einhänder included (available on the PSN).

Even if there will be one in the future, it will become Steam-exclusive, at least till GOG figures out how to lure big Japanese publishers here.

hell square cares so little about einhander it has only been released on psn in japan in 2008 and nowhere else

Probably because:
1) It was never released in Europe in the first place.
2) The American version was originally published by Sony, who might or might not be interested in it.

Will never happen. No PC version, Square's not going to put together an emulator for it, and it's a super obscure, niche title. And, I guess, given that it's niche, GOG wouldn't want it even if it did come to PC.

Just buy a PS1.
