Hey everybody,

I'm having an issue I can't seem to solve through the support ticket system and wondered if anybody had any ideas. Basically, when I created my account I typed in the email address in wrong, and I can't change it because that requires two-factor authentication, which is sending the 4-digit code to an email account that doesn't exist and I can't use the support ticket system because it goes through the non-existing email account.

Any ideas? Thanks.

It goes through whatever email address you input here.

(I'm not sure if that shows up when you're logged in to their ticket system; in that case, just sign out or use porn mode)

Ah okay, I think it was because I was still logged in when doing the ticket, it was just automatically using the email on the account. Thank you for the help, that should solve my problem.
