having given it a search, it seems like you're on about lamb chops. best thing to do with them is grill them with some ras el hanout spice and serve with wild rocket as a wee snacky thing.

I dunno. The only encounter I've had with lamb in cooked form is Lamb via Gyro; which is actually pretty delicious.

Not a fan. Eating them is way too much work, I'd burn more calories than I'm gaining. :P
