It's not really a new discussion actually. There are plenty of examples how the rules for infrastructure are different. Water, energy, streets, ... they all work best if they guarantee equal access. The arguments more or less equally apply to the internet. It should be a very clear matter. What more can one say?

There is NO competition between telecoms in the US---all is monopoly now and soon every damn company here is going to have its own regional fiefdoms. America is out to rule the world, one way or another, and I'm sick of it! Frankly, I fear we're going to pay dearly when (or if) God returns.

tinyE: I'll tell you why, I'm about to run out of bandwidfth and it doesn't reset for seven days. That means you all are going to lose my company for a few days.

PLEASE PLEASE EVERYONE! STOP CRYING! :P
What happens when you run out of "bandwidth" (I presume meaning you hit your monthly data transfer quota)? Does your internets stop working altogether, or does it severely slow down, or do you have to pay extra, e.g. per megabyte?

I can buy extra to a point, but I reached that point last week so I can't do that anymore.
Since Net Neutrality was repealed I started using proxy at https://buy.fineproxy.org/eng/mixcountry.html and I must say I like how it works. Now I have have the best possible speed and unlimited access to the blocked content. In current situation it's the easiest way to protect the anonymity.
