Actually, I'm mostly unsure about "finally", too.

See, I'm of the opinion that Earthworm Jim's main thing was style over substance, (not being that good to begin with) and given that the credited creator of Earthworm Jim is kinda a yikes, no matter how you slice your walk of life, I'd be given pause in association.

So you know how for a while now, every pennywink and fop has come up with a console idea of some absurd kind? Well, the famous Tom,my Tallarico and company have decided to revive the console nobody wanted, dragging the Intellivision into the 21st century.

(Maybe.) But as you may know from past "console projects" such as the Smach Z, Vega ZX, anything involving Atari making a console past the Jaguar, and so many countless projects, these tend to be a tepid failure, even if they do come to existence.

Spell out: I voice my doubts on the Intellivision console and scoff that Earthworm Jim's new game is going to be "an exclusive" to the system.

Hehe, I always thought it was the other way around, that EWJ was substance over style, but maybe I'm weird like that... :D

It would be really fun if they did. I vote yes to revive the Intellivision console!

Darvond: yikes

wow. will I have to play it with a 10-key pad with a mylar overlay on it? Like playing "Stop the Microwave Countdown Before It Hits Zero"?
As for Earthworm Jim, i had the "pleasure" of getting the SNES version back in the day. Day 1 regret.
Style over substance sounds about right. Still better than Boogerman i guess? Not like that's a huge compliment!

Can't say much regarding the Intellivision other than i have no attachment to it as it predates me.
I started with an Amstrad CPC 6128 and Sega Master System.

Yet here i am, hoping for a Sega Saturn "box" .
Ah well.
You scoff good sir?

Well, i declare this thread now only be spoken within using the words of years gone by.

Pass me my musket good sir.

I'm fresh out of musket, but you may blast me finely by the Blunderbuss. (What's that one rifle with the horn shaped end?)

No, but you will have to deal with blinkenlights.

Didn't a semi-famous rapper make a game system recently(which was a bit infringing on other's copyrights/TMs iirc)?

Also Ouya was a thing(I wonder if that's still around).

Then there's all the handhelds/etc that were good but which never became popular/widespread over the years.

P.S. Anyone else think the bee is kinda hot? Just me? Ok then.

Is this a SS2 mod reference? It sounds familiar.

It's understandable, given how lackluster it/they was/were, and how much data one must pocess online/irl these days.

Another console mention: All those classic console knockoffs from china/korea/etc(Sany, Polystation, etc).

Soulja Boy. The bootleg consoles already existed, he just paid the companies to put his name on them. I think they got slightly different case designs and colours, but there really wasn't much of a difference otherwise.

No, this dates back to a (probably parody) poster made n the 1950s.
