You can give it away, yes, maybe even trade it but not much chance unless for another game that has been given away during recent years.

You should find the code for the game under your orders & settings.

They send you the free codes via email. Then give those codes to friends or anyone else and he or she can redeem them via the redeem code page.

In case what the OP really means is "already have Master of Orion on Steam", then I'd say "tough luck, lulz".

And GOG support is prolly gonna say the same, but it never hurts to ask I guess.

Nice graphics update. Fairly similar to MOO2 so that learn curve is flattened. More racial trait picks (limited in mumer unlesss you Mod yourself more). Lareger Tech Tree. Jury out on diplomacy- so far no outright backstabs.

Many Mods (+ or - desireable). So far AI has not been much of a challenge - will have to ramp up difficulty to find out for sure.

Biggest minus is developers seem to have walked away (that is not entirely clear) and much has fallen to some dedicated fans.

I'm glad this thread was started. I have a game that I would like to trade or gift because I somehow ended up with two copies of it. When I search under "orders and settings" I cannot find the second acquisition of this game, and yet...there it sits on my shelf next to the rest of my games. If anyone is interested in helping me solve this problem, I would be able to gift or trade this game to them. Thanks.
