I've removed the one I own, and the one DLC, yet I still can't "pay" for them, the ones that are free. Help?

There are a lot of free DLC on GOG. You can't check out with DLC if you don't own or are buying the respective base game as well.

Make sure that you really have removed all free DLC you don't own the base game of.
