[This is a sticky post, it will be visible in every single page of this thread. It has been published in October 2020.]

Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

That being said, here you can find a post with dxenija's community poll to have better understanding of the situation: CLICK.

At the time of writing, open giveaway threads are:
- Massive Giveaways Blog
- Free (temporary) keys giveaway central topic. (this one)
- Updated Itch.io giveaways

Be nice to each other *flies away*

Foxhack: Their earlier giveaways were advertised as "everyone gets a key" then they backed out and said it was a raffle. No thanks.
AFAIK, their giveaways are usually restricted to Europe. ;)

Epic Games:

LOVE - Link

LOVE is a hardcore platformer with graphics that brings gamers back to the Atari days!
If you are a retro gamer and missed Atari games, this game can give you the nostalgia you want.
Simply put, a hardcore difficulty Mario game in pixel graphics with tons of death obstacles.

I have no idea why the game is called LOVE, but you know what they say...
Love hurts....

A brief description from the developers:
Love is a reductive platforming game with a retro aesthetic and a focus on a challenging difficulty. It has an custom respawn system, 16 levels, 12 track soundtrack, competitive scoring, and a simple-to-use level creation feature.

The challenging levels are balanced with the inclusion of a simple yet unique respawn system wherein the player can leave a checkpoint at any location at any point, as long as they are on solid ground. Players have a number of gameplay modes to choose from, whether they want it easy, normal, or they want to try their hand at a mode designed specifically for Speed Running.

Beyond the visual aesthetic, the challenging level design, and the abundance of features, there is the fantastic soundtrack composed by James Bennett, which brings the simple 3-color atmospheres to life.

Features single player only.

Next time: Infinifactory
Purrfect! After installation, LOVE and LOVE classic are both DRM-free!

First, create a shortcut of the game executable if it doesn't exist.
Then open up Properties and add this to the end of the Target address:
-EpicPortal

Then LOVE can be launched directly from the game exe file without the client active.
Love that is DRM Free, that's a love-letter from game developers!
What's there to not LOVE?

Infinifactory - Link

Infinifactory is a sandbox puzzle game that is in the same style as SpaceChem.
Created by the same developers, you design and run factories in first-person!

Laugh in dark humour and slapstick jokes made by aliens!
You move blocks just like in Minecraft.
The graphics are similar to minecraft but much smoother texture.
Just don't expect No Man's Sky here.
Build automation, create weird alien technology products!
Just make sure to act polite when your alien bosses come in to check on you periodically.

A brief description from the developers:
Infinifactory is a sandbox puzzle game by Zachtronics, the creators of SpaceChem and Infiniminer.

no, this is very wrong. Infinifactory is very different from SpaceChem, it is using a very diffeent style (both in terms of graphics and puzzle design) and it is not a sandbox puzle game. each level is very clearly defined, and there is many times only one possible solution.

Do not go into this game thinking it is like SpaceChem
