Cool list. I wish someone who make a similar list but for horror games. :D
Decay of Logos is said to feel more like an Alpha or beta or even just a demo in the reviews (reminds me of Toren which also was a lot less enjoyable than screenshots and concept made me think, very short, and with a bit of an amateurish feel to it). What is your view on that? And is it as punishing as other Souls-like?

How about picking those you've wishlisted long ago? They're probably the cheapest of the bunch now! :)

RimWorld, you just need RimWorld.
It's like reading a book that you wrote it yourself.
But only if you don't mind with the graphic style, see some youtube videos first.
Rarely go on sale though, if you're only looking for discounted games.

Most buggy issues have been resolved, but it is indeed very punishing. Starting area can be done without minimal damage, but that heavily depends on skill and chest drops. I basically just restart if I don't get bow or spear as my second weapon.
Still, I occasionally return to this game. Depends on your taste
good thing about this game is that it's 3D fantasy female protagonist game

If you have never played Bioshock then that would be a good deal.
I recommend Bloodlines.
I'd love Unruly Heroes but can't spend so much. Totally not AA but I have enjoyed the weirdness of Bad Dream: Coma and Bad Dream: Fever has had an interesting price drop so I might get that to fulfill my wish to buy something for me from this sales.
I'd recommend Supraland. It's "only" 45% off, but it's totally worth that price, what an awesome game. First person puzzler featuring various gadgets, semi-open world exploration with tons of secrets to find, some metroidvania elements, and a bit of simple combat as well. There's a free demo, btw. I got me so hooked that I didn't even finish it before buying the full game, and the full game is even better.
I can recommend the following (to varying degrees, sometimes it depends on the discount amount)

Pajama Sam Vol. 1 (better deal than 2)
Pajama Sam Vol. 2

(remember to check out GOG's free games)
postal 2 (only $1); postal 2 paradise lost (also only $1); far cry; rayman 2; serious sam 1st and 2nd encounter; unreal gold; rayman 3; beyond good and evil; little big adventure 2; fallout 1; system shock 2; terraria; unreal 2; tomb raider 1-3; sin gold; red faction; redneck rampage; monster bash; gex; medal of honor aa; redline; rune classic; shadow warrior classic complete (free anyway); tomb raider 4+5; realms of chaos; carmageddon 2; raptor call of shadows; world of goo; flatout 1 (only $1.19); pandemonium; ultimate doom; blood; quake 1; jedi academy; return to castle wolf; limbo; tron 2.0; torchlight; crysis; tomb raider angel of darkness (get fixes)
