Don't be fooled.... the 'out of beta' update ruined all my multiplayer connectivity while GOG is looking at and says:

A potential cause for the issue was found, an update most likely will happen next week.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I love "potential" and "most likely" in other words .......

1) Galaxy is officially out of Beta for quite some time now - so I wonder what update you are talking about.
2) They say "potential" because it's rare they can say something with 100% certainty - that is quite noemal in support.
3) They also said that the update that might fix this will be available pretty soon so why panic? Wait for the update and if the issue has not been fixed till then you can still complain.

who cares about "beta"? gmail was in beta for years and was perfectly useable since day 1. i've been using beta/alpha versions software that was more feature rich and stable than official releases. stick to whatever works.
cool
What 'out of beta update' are you talking about?

the "big" 1.2 Update - which happened sometimes between March 16 and April 25 of 2017 - this was the "out of beta" update
This is kind of what I have been saying too: Galaxy should still carry the beta tag as a warning that it is rather unstable and problematic.

The Galaxy developers pay attention to this sticky thread:

You may want to direct your discussion there.
The first version was Galalphaxy.

This one is Galbetaxy.

MarkoH01: fixed link.
You added a t to the end of your link that breaks it.

Galaxy was not made for users and convenience. It was made because the management team wanted to say "we have something" to game publishers. Once you realize that, and that all the programmers are trying to do is not get fired rather than innovate and create, then you'll understand why it's always broken and will never work.
