Like most support forums, there is no "GoG Team" here. Many online support forums are customer driven with little to no staff presence.
Game requests go here under the Wishlist section of their website:
https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games This is found by taking your mouse and running it along the black bar along the top of the website.
