i bought the game on my own acount and gift it to my acount
Check if Thw Witcher is in your library
and orders history
Did you add the game to gog account? I guess it's a physical copy..
If not, redeem main game first and then add expansion.

You cannot buy GOG games in shops in Berlin. If you bought a physical retail copy you need to register it on GOG before you can get the expansions here. There should be a redemption code on the back of the manual.

You really need to follow the link to GOG support at the bottom of the page and tell GOG support the story, provide a hyperlink to this forum post so they can read through it also. They will respond in 24-48 hours business time (so you may have to wait until Monday/Tuesday next week perhaps), and they'll help figure out the problem and get you sorted out.
