GamezRanker: From what i've heard: GOG gets updates for a number of devs within a short time, but GOG is sometimes very slow in updating the installers here.....especially if it's one of GOG's favored partners(those given preferential treatment by GOG).
We don't have favored partners or give preferential treatment to certain developers or publishers. All GOG GALAXY updates are applied automatically by the developers, while offline installers require GOG's assistance. We may miss that a certain title's offline installers are not up-to-date on an occasion - it's something we're continuously working on improving, so it doesn't happen in the future. Your reports help us fix this, and we greatly appreciate such support :)
