Hey guys,

I'm thinking this was just a bug but wanted to ask you guys. I just installed GOG Galaxy and I have my language set to English. I closed the client out the first time and it minimized to my system tray. Then a message popped up that was connected to the system try icon but it was in a different language.

If I remember correctly this pop up is normal and says something like "Gog Galaxy will remain minimized into the system tray until closed." It's just it was in a totally different language.

My only questions on this issue are:

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Do I need to reinstall the client or was this just a random bug that I can ignore?

You are not alone. Please see this thread:

and this one:

I checked Mantis (the galaxy bug report system) and there are at least three reports of the bug:
http://mantis.gog.com/view.php?id=4085
http://mantis.gog.com/view.php?id=4108
http://mantis.gog.com/view.php?id=4109

The last one has a note from GOG reading "Thanks for the report. We have a fix prepared and we'll release it soon :) " (2016-05-27 08:08).

So just wait for the next version.

Awesome thanks for the info! I wasn't too worried about it to begin with but at least I know I'm not the only one. Good to know GOG also know about it and will release an update soon!

Thanks again!
