Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC (Version 12H2 (OS Build: 19044.5247).

Went to open GOG client today and was greeted with the following error message: "GOG Galaxy Error: Essential componets needed to start GOG Galaxy are missing or incorrectly configured. If this continues, please reinstall the application."

1) Ran uninstaller from installed dir (installer not smart enough to prompt to uninstall and/or reinstall for me). Whatever, did it.

2) Re-Installed the application. Installer hung for a good 10 minutes the first time, GOG CreashReporter was launched, filled it out. Installer promptly crashed at what appeared to be 100% completion.

3) Manually removed incomplete install and re-launched Installer again. It completed successfully.

4) Launched client again, 2-3 minutes of no activity and then it crashes again with the same message as above.
1. Uninstall GOG Galaxy.
2. Open File Explorer, then paste and go to the following folders. If they still exist, delete them manually:
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy
%LocalAppData%\GOG.com\Galaxy
%AppData%\GOG.com\Galaxy
3. Install both vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe.
4. Restart your system.
5. Install setup_galaxy_2.0.80.33.exe which is currently the latest full installer.
6. If GOG Galaxy starts successfully, it will import your list of owned games when you first log in. Afterwards, click the cogwheel in the top left, choose Add Games & Friends, then Scan Folders for GOG Games, in order to add back games that you currently have installed.

If the problems persist,
Open a support ticket, if you haven't already. Attach a zipped up copy of your C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs folder to your ticket.
