I have a little suggestion. I really think that there'a a wrong order in the main two posts.
I mean, most important things should be at the begining, So it would make more sense if you start with games which miss expansion packs and DOS Vs. Windows or Floppy Vs. CD-ROM or Version variations.
And Minor adjustments for back-up purposes should be somewhere near the end, as this is not even a real deal. Missing Items (soundtracks, reference cards, manuals, etc) is more important, but also not that important as missing expansion or wrong version.
