How many GOGlins does it take to get a balloon in the shape of Robert Frost?

Working as a group is usually about efficiency, coordination, and emergent camaraderie. But mostly it's about silly, anarchic fun! And that's exactly what Twitch Plays is: a hilarious collective effort to play a game using the input of everyone who participates. You can either contribute by issuing simple commands in the chat or just sit back and watch the madness unfold.

Join us today for the second spectacular GOG Plays event on <span class="bold">Twitch.tv/GOGcom</span> and help us achieve greatness in Grim Fandango Remastered. The objective? To get a balloon in the shape of Robert Frost!

If we complete the challenge, every GOG.com user will get 300 XP, regardless of whether they participated or not. An 100 XP boost will be handed out as consolation prize should we fail our objective. But that's not gonna happen. Right?

The Grim Fandango Remastered event begins Sunday, June 19, at 4:00 PM UTC and will last for six hours. Bring your balloons!

Everyone will get the XP sooner or later, just not immediately now.

is the XP distributed based on your Twitch username?

if that username is different from your GOG username, you won't get the XP?

No, it has nothing to do with your Twitch account. ALL GOG accounts will get the XP.

I'll be more than happy to participate in watching Twitch.TV streams when their platform no longer requires the endlessly insecure and obsolete Adobe Flash technology for video playback. According to Mozilla and Google at least, that will be January 2017 when both of their major browsers stop supporting the plugin API required for Flash to work. That's good news, as I'll be able to watch Twitch.tv in about 7 months, possibly sooner if they roll out the non-Flash website version before then presumably rather than wait until the last second.

You can use Chatty to display the chat and livestreamer through VLC media player to watch the stream. No need to watch it on twitch directly :)

a piece of history..... remastered.
is remastering a good thing? or they should let the games as they have been originally, only adapting for modern systems ?

That's pretty much what they did?
The changes they did make to the graphics are optional.
The new controls are optional too.

I see. I have it as a Steam version, and it didn't started on my computer because video card. :( so... I didn't know that stuff.

How much XP was possible recive without buying games?

And also what the reason was in badges? Only XP?
