I wanted to get back into play the old GTAs and started with GTA III. I 100% GTA III back in 2004 on PS2. I am playing on my PS5 and noticed some offs such as X not jumping right at the moment I need " Same issue with the Crash N Trilogy with jump lag input"

I am doing a 100% and trophies on my PS5. While playing I am just staying on Portland as no one is hostile at start. For some reason doing the Paramedic missions the timer is not adding time when dropping people off. sometimes it adds 39sec and sometimes nothing. I got to level 5 and can only pickup 3 people at a time and then drop them off. A few times I will get seconds added and get the sound but sometimes will get sound but no time added, so I will have 12-10sec left and need to get 2 more people and by the time I get out of the hospital, I am at 5sec left. I think this game is bugged as I never had a problem on PS2 and the Vigilant and firefighter seem to work fine. Time always stayed above 1-2min for me but Paramedic something is off.

I'm the same as you, loved GTA III on PS2 and played it to death BITD.

I guess luckily I got the earlier versions of GTA III, Vice City, and San Andreas for PS4 before they were removed for the release of the DE, I've played them all relatively recently and I didn't encounter any of the problems you mentioned with GTA III.

I still have all my PS2 and PC GTAs even the OG XBOX ones. but for me to get the trophy I have to complete level 12 Paramedic missions. I already got the slow motion and health at my hideout. I been playing for over an hour now and when got to level 8, my 1:48 jumped down to 23sec after dropping people off. And then after getting the last two people it jumped down to 10sec as soon as it started level 9. So something is wrong.

I think it is the latest patch on my PS5. I just installed GTA III only and it did a 4GB update. I might just install this on my PS4 and not update it and see if it is working better to get the trophy.

I also noticed the minimap is turned on an angle where the original was top down. I like the old one better and it is hard to see the green dots on the minimap to know where have to go.

I am going to probably glitch over to Staton island and try over there as the roads are wider but hate where the hospital is due to the Columbians and the entrance to the hospital. Have to glitch over there as using any cheats disables trophies.
