No problem. If none of this works and you haven't done so already... contact GOG support again and this time send them your logs that are created in ProgramData. Just zip them up and attach them to the report.

After that you could even upload them to a cloud service (like dropbox or onedrive) and share it here... if I find some time later I can see if anything pops out at me.
