I downloaded THE WITCHER3 Wild Hunt the game of the year.
Upon pressing play, it does not launch. No screens pop up, just looks like is loanding and then green play button turns green again, ready to click.
I have tried many recoendations and it still does not work.
I feel very frustrated and hopelesbecause already sent the DxDiag.txt to technical support and they still don´t respond.
maybe someone of you went through the same sitation.
Any recommendation please ??

Technical support is a bit swamped right now due the sale, so it may take them sometime to respond.
but they will get to you

I had something similar with the steam version of the game and I found that doing a reinstall helped. but I dont know if that will work for you.
might be worth a try.

It is weekend, at night, during a pandemic. Maybe support will take slightly longer to reply perhaps?

In terms of your game, close galaxy, make sure it has fully closed. Then go to where the game is installed and try running the exe found in there, I,e. Run the game without the gog client.
